A person with representative authority:
Vladimir Velichkov Popov, Alexandros Voreopoulos, Petko Georgiev Petkov, Georgi Zhechev Zhechev, Tinka Atanasova Slavova. In all cases, including for transactions worth up to 1,500,000 euros, the Company will be represented by the members of the Management Board (MB) Alexandros Voreopoulos and Georgi Zhechev Zhechev together or by each of them together with one of the other members of the MB. For transactions worth over 1,500,000 euros, the Company will be represented by the members of the Management Board (MB) Alexandros Voreopoulos or Georgi Zhechev Zhechev together with two of the other members of the MB.
